Eclipse 2024 3rd contact: Baily's Beads, Prominences, Chromosphere
Baily's Beads, prominences so bright they were visible to the naked eye, an arc of the chromosphere. Moments after 3rd contact (i.e. the end of totality). Taken in Paragould, Arkansas, with an 8" Richey-Chrétien astrograph and my trusty Pentax DSLR.
